At Noosa Gold Buyers, we aim to provide secure, fast, and reliable shipping for all orders placed through our online store.
This policy outlines how we handle shipping, delivery timeframes, tracking, and lost or damaged parcels.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with your tracking number once your item has been shipped.

  • If we experience unusually high order volumes, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Methods & Costs

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.

  • Standard Shipping – Flat rate: $9.95
    Delivery timeframe: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping – Flat rate: $14.95
    Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days

  • Orders over $150 receive FREE Standard Shipping.

Gold Packs / Seller Kits:
If you order a Gold Selling Pack, it is shipped free of charge via Standard Post.


Insurance & Signature Required

Because we deal with precious metals and jewellery:

  • Orders over $200 are automatically sent with Signature on Delivery at no extra cost.

  • Insurance is included for certain valuable items and may be added at checkout.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within Australia.
If you are outside Australia and wish to make an enquiry, please contact us.


Click & Collect (Local Pickup)

Local pickup is available from our shop:

You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once an item has been lodged with Australia Post, delays are outside our control.
However, we will always assist you in lodging an investigation.

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.

  • For lost parcels, Australia Post investigations may take up to 10 business days.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping details are correct.
If an incorrect address is entered and the parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for additional postage fees.
