Noosa Gold Buyers sells pre-loved, second-hand, vintage, antique, and estate jewellery, bullion, and collectables.

Please note:

  • All items are second-hand

  • All items are sold as-is

  • Natural signs of wear or age may be present

  • Variations in appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen display

We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse or cancel any order you place with us. We may also limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
Risk of loss transfers to you once the parcel is provided to the courier unless shipping insurance is selected.
We are not responsible for courier delays or events beyond our control.

SECTION 8 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

All items are sold as-is and may show signs of pre-use consistent with their age and history.

We may provide access to third-party tools, apps, or integrations (including Shopify features) which we do not monitor or control. You acknowledge that use of these tools is at your own risk.
